Design Order Process
Please see the section below for a step-by-step guide outlining the design and order process.
STEP 1: Submit request for a design quote.
Use the request form to select an individual design type and submit a short description of your project. Make sure to include specific keywords which best describe the design/direction you have in mind. Please provide reference text / links / images / sketches (if any). If you’d like to submit a more detailed design brief, feel free to fill out and attach this form with your request. For urgent requests, rush orders are also available.
[Note: For information-specific designs such as websites, brochures, etc. content/copy will be requested during the design process.]

STEP 2: Receive a quote for the proposed design.
Clients will be sent a price quote with payment option details via email. You’ll also be provided the approximate time frame to complete and deliver the project.
STEP 3: Settle 1st half of the payment.
To proceed with the design order, 50% of the total design cost must be paid upfront.
STEP 4: Receive design previews/options + send feedback.
Once the 1st half payment is confirmed, the creative process will start, initial designs will be made, and clients will be provided with previews/options of their design. Once you’ve reviewed your options, select your preferred design and send in revision notes or comments you have (if any).
STEP 5: Receive further design previews and/or mockups.
Your chosen design will undergo further edits/revisions based on your feedback. You will be provided with regular updates until the design has been finalized.
STEP 6: Settle 2nd half of the payment + receive your final design.
Once the remaining half of the payment is confirmed, clients will receive the final packaged version of the design containing files in all the necessary sizes and formats (including fully editable, multi-layered files).
